Last updated: [DD Month YYYY — placeholder] · Applies to processing fees, EMI payments and other charges collected by RSB Wealth Pvt. Ltd.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payment-related transactions made to RSB Wealth Pvt. Ltd. through our website, payment gateway or authorised representatives — including loan processing fees, documentation charges and EMI/loan repayments. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Once loan funds are disbursed to the borrower's bank account, the transaction is treated as a completed loan and is not eligible for "refund." Borrowers wishing to close the loan early may do so through foreclosure/prepayment as per the terms disclosed in their Key Fact Statement and loan agreement, which may include applicable foreclosure charges.
If you believe you have made a duplicate EMI payment, an overpayment, or a payment in error (e.g., wrong account/loan reference), notify us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded to the original payment source, or adjusted against the next EMI at the borrower's option.
In case of payment failure due to server timeout, session expiry or gateway error where the amount has been debited but not reflected in your loan account, please avoid retrying immediately. Verify your bank statement first, then contact us with the transaction reference. Such amounts, if confirmed debited without corresponding credit to RSB Wealth, are auto-reversed by the payment gateway within the gateway's standard timelines, or refunded by us upon verification.
RSB Wealth Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays in refund processing caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, banking system outages, payment gateway failures, or regulatory/government action.
Send a written request with your loan account number and transaction details to info@wealthrsb.com or call +91 98282 95655. Unresolved requests may be escalated per our Grievance Redressal process.
