- To assess loan eligibility, perform credit underwriting and KYC/AML verification.

3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Credit Information Companies (e.g., CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark) as mandated under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
- KYC utilities (CKYCR), e-sign and e-KYC service providers engaged to process your application.
- Regulators and law enforcement agencies, including the Reserve Bank of India, where legally required.
- Collection/recovery agents acting on our behalf, bound by confidentiality and RBI's Fair Practices Code.

4. Credit Bureau Reporting
By applying for a loan, you authorise RSB Wealth Pvt. Ltd. to obtain your credit report from Credit Information Companies and to report your loan account status (including delays or defaults) to such bureaus on a periodic basis, as required under applicable RBI guidelines.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to also safeguard your own login credentials and OTPs.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal and loan-related data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for the period required under RBI record-retention norms and applicable law (typically a minimum of 8 years from the date of closure, unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing legal proceedings).

- You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data held with us.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- You may request details of the entities with whom your credit information has been shared, subject to applicable law.
